Effective July 21, 2026. Poszo LLC collects only information needed to sell and deliver its services.
Information collected
Stripe collects checkout details, billing information, and payment status. Poszo receives your name, email, purchased service, website URL, issue description, and technical details you provide. Do not submit passwords, private keys, recovery codes, regulated data, or customer datasets.
How information is used
We use information to process payment, reproduce the reported issue, communicate scope, deliver work, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use providers including Stripe for payments, Vercel for website hosting, GitHub for source control, and email providers for customer communication. Their privacy terms govern information processed directly by them.
Website access
Project access should be granted through the relevant platform’s invitation and role controls. We request minimum necessary access and remove it when work is complete. Temporary diagnostic artifacts are retained only as reasonably necessary for delivery, warranty, security, and legal records.
Cookies
This marketing site does not intentionally set advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its hosted checkout pages.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to payment, security, tax, and legal recordkeeping requirements. Email contact@poszo.com.
Security and changes
No system is perfectly secure. We use reasonable safeguards and will update this policy when practices materially change. Wyoming law governs this policy.
